The trail starts after the Vratsata Pass in the direction of Zgorigrad village and ends in the hospital area. It begins with a steep climb up Voyvodin Dol through a beautiful beech forest. There is a shelter on the ridge of the mountain, and 100 m to the south there is a spring. The trail continues along the ridge and reaches the steep wall of the Skaklia waterfall. It bypasses the upper part of the waterfall to the east and begins a very steep descent along the ravine towards the town of Vratsa. The route passes through the Vrachanski Karst Reserve. The crossing time is 4 hours.
